The Wrocław Nicolaus Copernicus Airport (WRO) with modern passenger terminal offers a range of traditional and low-cost connections to many cities in Europe. The airport is located ca. 12 km from the city centre with a direct city bus route (406) departing from railway station.
Wrocław has well developed public transportation system consisting of tram and bus routes (including also night services).
The tickets can be purchased using the multi language ticket machines located on board of vehicles (only credit/debit cards) and also on selected stations (accepting also notes and coins). The ticket must be validated immediately after boarding the vehicle. The basic fare for a single ride is 3 PLN, other options include 24h, 48h, 72h up to 7-day-tickets (46 PLN) with unlimited number of journeys.
We recommend to use the public transport services while travelling around Wrocław. The ESREL 2014 Congress Centre is located next to the Plac Grunwaldzki tram and bus station.
There is a limited number of parking spaces near the Congress Centre.
